ANALYSIS OF THE SUBJECTIVE SIDE OF THE SYLLABLES OF CRIMES THAT ENCROACH ON THE STOCK MARKET

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the signs of the subjective part of the syllables of crimes encroaching upon the securities market envisaged by Articles 199, 222-1, 223-1, 223-2, 224, 232-1 and 232-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. On the basis of the analysis, certain weaknesses of their legislative regulation were identified and the proposed changes were made to eliminate these shortcomings.
