Abstract
The article is dedicated to the main legal acts of the Czech Kingdom regulating freedom of the Utraquist faith and to the attitudes towards these acts from Catholic Church, emperors and the kings of the states, which had been embodying the Czech Kingdom either as a vassal or a federation subject.
