KEY DEVELOPMENT AND FORMATION VECTORS OF «BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT» STANDARD

Abstract
The article is devoted to analysis of formation processes and development of the standard of proof «beyond reasonable doubt», and also to determine its characteristics and the nature of its historical development. Based on the analysis of scientific literature author suggested two key approaches for understanding the nature of the standardand detailed its keycharacteristics. The author indicated on the key features of each approach and the possibility of adapting the standard «beyond reasonable doubt» into domestic criminal process.
