LEGAL ESSENCE OF THE CONCEPT “INFORMATION SECURITY OF MINORS”

Abstract
Based on the generalization of approaches to understanding the concept of “information security” in Ukrainian legisla- tion and in legal science, the author formulates the essence of the notion “information security of minors” in the legal con- text. The necessity of separation of minors as independent subjects of informational relations is substantiated, the specific features that are inherent to this subject are revealed.
