FEATURES OF SUPPORT MEASURES OF CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS TO MINORS

Abstract
This article summarizes the applicable Criminal procedural code of Ukraine regarding the implementation of measures to ensure criminal proceedings to juvenile. The author investigated the General rules for the application of measures to en- sure criminal proceedings and peculiarities of their application to underage persons – participants of criminal proceedings. Separately analyzed the procedure of application of preventive measures to juvenile suspect, accused.
