ON THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATIONS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of issues of responsibility for violations along the implementation of environmental entrepreneurship. The study analyzed the provisions of the tax, environmental, economic legislation on the responsibility in the sphere environmental entrepreneurship. The authors focus on the grounds and measure of economic and legal responsibility in the implementation of environmental entrepreneurship.
