PROBLEMS OF ACQUISITION OF THE LEGAL STATUS OF THE GENERAL PROSECUTOR OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In this scientific work, some specific theoretical and legal questions concerning the appointment of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine taking into account European standards are covered. The requirements for the candidate for the post of Prosecutor General of Ukraine are analyzed. Recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the specified procedure are formulated.
