MAIN STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT OF INVESTMENT ACTIVITY REGULATION IN EU’S PRIMARY LEGISLATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the allocation of the main periods of development of regulation of investment activity in the sources of primary legislation of the European Union. The main factors that influenced on this regulation were found out, the process of its formation and development was investigated, features of each of the identified stages were revealed.
