Abstract
The analysis of problems that arise up during realization of procedure of readmission is carried out in this scientific article. The basic features of improvement of institute of readmission distinguished. Attention is accented on that for real- ization of procedure of readmission the important stage is authentication of foreigner and person without the citizenship.
