CLASSIFICATION OF THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article, taking into account the developments of modern legal doctrine, the author’s version of the wording of the category “the rights of the child” is presented. It is noted that full-fledged livelihoods and well-being are the central essential features in determining the rights of the child. It is proposed to classify the rights of the child depending on such a criterion as the sphere of vital activity of the child.
