GENERAL COMPETENCE OF THE OFFICE ACTIVITY FROM INVESTIGATION AND SUPPORT FOR FOREIGN INVESTMENT: FORMS AND PRINCIPLES OF INTERACTION

Abstract
In the article, taking into account the positions of scientists, an understanding of the essence of forms and principles of interaction in the field of attraction of foreign investments is researched. Based on the analysis of the legal acts regulating the activity of the Office for attracting and supporting investments and taking into account the peculiarities of such activity as attraction of foreign investments, the levels of interaction are distinguished and investigated: 1) internal investigations; 2) intergovernmental and 3) international.
