PROCEEDINGS IN A CASE OF GRANTING OF THE RIGHT TO MARRY

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the procedural order of proceedings in a case of granting of the right to marry. It is determined the composition of the persons involved in such cases, the subject of the proof, content of the court’s decision. As a result, it is noted that in this way the court protects family rights and interests by changing marital relationship.
