RESEARCH METHODS OF SOCIAL LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE: THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
In the article the specifics of scientific methods of studying the social legislation of Ukraine are described. Their types are revealed and a consistent analysis of the content of each of them is carried out. The features of each method of social legislation of Ukraine are singled out. Its role in researching the issues of social legislation is emphasized.
