ABOUT DETERMINATION OF THE LEGAL NATURE ENGINEERING CONTRACT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the issues of doctrinal and legislative definition of the legal nature of the engineering contract. The author analyzes a number of works and positions of domestic and foreign authors, as well as investigates the provisions of the national regulatory framework in order to determine the future place of such a treaty in the case of its legislative consolidation.
