Abstract
The article is devoted to the researching the changes which have been made to the Criminal Code of Ukraine because of adopting the law № 2227-VIII. The main problem aspects of the changes in the context of their practical implementation were analyzed. The authors focus on the unreasonableness and inexpediency of the changes to the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
