ETHNO-RELIGIOUS TERRORISM: ESSENCE AND CONCEPT

Abstract
The article is devoted to criminological analysis of the phenomenon and forms the concept of ethnoreligious terrorism. The opinion on the belonging of ethnoreligious terrorism to the segment of political and criminal practices, as well as to the anti-human components of modern discourse reproduced in the ideology of confrontation, enmity, hatred is upheld. A broad and narrow understanding of it is suggested.
