THE DUALISTIC INTERPRETATION OF THE CATEGORY “REFUGEE” IN THE CONTEXT OF NATIONAL CONSTITUTIONALAND INTERNATIONAL LAW

Abstract
This article examines the refugee category, both in the national and international legal field. A detailed analysis of the basic definition of this category has been carried out, from which all possible interpretations in the various normative legal documents are formed. It also outlines the main legal institutions that regulate and protect this category of persons.
