THE PRESENCE OF THEIR OWN SUBJECTS AS A CRITERION FOR THE INDEPENDENCE OF THE FIELD OF SOCIAL SECURITY LAW

Abstract
The article focuses on the content and connection of the categories “subject of law” and “subject of legal relations”, “subject of the right of social security” and “subject of social security relations”. Based on the study of scientific points of view regarding the nature, varieties and circles of social security law subjects, as well as the analysis of the norms of the current legislation, the peculiarities of the data of subjects were clarified and appropriate conclusions were drawn about their significance as a factor for ensuring the independence of the field of social security law.
