LEGAL NATURE AND SCOPE OF MEDIATION SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the legal nature of the agreement, which is concluded by the parties to the dispute on the results of the mediation. The essential features of mediation agreements, content and conditions of validity are determined, a detailed classification of mediation agreements has been elaborated. It is emphasized, that the implementation of the mediation agreement on the general norms of civil law is a guarantee of the principle of mediation’s voluntariness.
