CONVERGENCE AS A RELEVANT COUNTER RESISTANCE FACTOR TO TERRORISM

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the international experience of counteracting terrorism and the processes of convergence as the relevant factor of antiterrorist security. The peculiarities of convergence in legal protection, optimization of the system of state bodies authorized to counter terrorism, involving the specified process of the population, the private sector, scientific institutions and educational institutions are studied.
