Abstract
The article deals with bribing a witness, victim, expert as a separate bribery and its features. The attention is focused on the specific attributes of bribing a witness, victim, expert. The study provides a basis for reviewing the disposition st.386 Criminal Code of Ukraine in the context of criminal liability for bribery.
