THE RATIO OF THE CONCEPTS OF “DOMESTIC VIOLENCE” AND “DOMESTIC VIOLENCE”: THE COMPARATIVE LEGALASP

Abstract
The article provides a thorough analysis of the concepts of “domestic violence” and “domestic violence”, as a result of which their obligatory features are singled out. The range of subjects who commit violence and the range of objects of violence committed, such as persons in places of residence, relatives or former or current spouses, persons who live together (live) one family, but not staying (not staying) in family relationships or in marriage with each other, other relatives, other persons connected with common life, have reciprocal rights and obligations, provided that they live together etc.
