ON THE ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF THE UKRAINE’S ENERGY SECURITY SYSTEM: INSTITUTIONAL ASPECTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the actual problematic of the system of subjects that ensure the energy security of Ukraine. Based on the analysis of the legal theory and current legislation of Ukraine, the main problems of this system are formulated and the ways of their solution are suggested.
