Abstract
Abstract: We present a patient exposed to minocycline for 3 years for treatment of resacea, presenting with disfiguring buccal mucosa hyper pigmentation. Discontinuation of the minocycline resulted in dramatic improvement documented in the serial images. Keywords: Minocycline, resacea.
