A concept and signs of court costs in civil procedure.

Abstract
In this scientific article a concept and essence of court costs are investigational in civil procedure in a narrow and wide value and drawn conclusion, that the judicial category of court costs touches the “narrow” understanding of this concept only. It is well-proven that essence of court costs in a “narrow” judicial value must be examined in two aspects: as a variety of money charges and as an institute of civil judicial law. The signs of court costs are certain as to the variety of money charges and as to the institute of civil judicial law.
