The place of legal guarantees of activity of regional departments of the State fiscal service of Ukraine in the structure of administrative and legal status

Abstract
The article investigates the place and role of legal guarantees of the activities of the regional offices of the State fiscal service of Ukraine. Focuses on the fact that the legal guarantees of the activities is an essential attribute of administrative and legal status of territorial offices of the State fiscal service of Ukraine as they act as a means by which realize the implemented in normative acts the rights and liberties of their officers and service person.
