Some characteristics of sanctions applicable for criminal procedure offenses on the basis of systems and structure related and functional approaches.

Abstract
The characteristic of sanctions applicable for criminal procedure offenses has been carried out using systems and structure related and functional approaches. Separate legal features of these sanctions as part of the legal provisions containing adverse effects have been covered. It has been concluded that all sanctions imposed for an offense in criminal procedure as part of a logical procedural provision, regardless of their consolidation in a particular area of law, are criminal proceedings and contain instructions on measures of legal responsibility, aimed at restoring normal proceedings and laying adverse effects on offenders and they are of preventive and regulatory function beyond offenses.
