The subject of a criminal encroachment on land crimes: forensic analysis.

Abstract
The article deals with the features of the subject of criminal infringement in crimes in the field of land relations. The existing scientific positions concerning the concept and content of this category are considered. The circle of objects which act as subjects of criminal encroachment in crimes of this group among which the land plots, soil cover (a surface layer) of lands, administrative documents of public authorities and local government, documents of title to the earth, documentation on land management documentation on an assessment of lands, and also illegal benefit is analyzed.
