The essence of administrative and legal support for the implementation of the human rights function of the Ukrainian state

Abstract
The article investigates the concept of «administra- tive and legal support for the implementation of the hu- man rights function of the Ukrainian state» to determine its essence. Different approaches to the concepts of «pro- vision», «legal provision», «administrative and legal pro- vision» are considered. Their contents are revealed. The author’s understanding of the administrative and legal support for the implementation of the human rights func- tion of the Ukrainian state and the distinctive features of this category are outlined.
