Foreign experience of normative and legal maintenance of execution of decisions on imposing an administrative fine for violations in the field of road traffic safety and ways of its borrowing into the legislation of Ukraine

Abstract
The article explores and generalizes the mechanisms for enforcement of acts on imposition of administrative fines for violations in the field of road safety that are used in several foreign countries (United Kingdom, Germany, France, USA, Belarus, Russian Federation). The expediency of introducing of each of these mechanisms into the domestic legislation on this issue was assessed.
