Inadmissibility of a civil obligation terminating by offsets counter homogeneous claims

Abstract
It was made an analysis of the essence and purpose of the institution of termination of the obligations to enroll counter-homogeneous requirements. Specific features of cases of inadmissibility of offset were determined. The analysis of legislative fastening and features of practical realization of norms about inadmissibility of offset was done. The peculiarities of individual cases of inadmissibility of offset in the process of cessation of civil obligations were disclosed.
