Abstract
The article is dedicated to the research of the concept of material evidences in criminal procedural legislation and the criminal proceedings doctrine of continental (roman-germanic) legal system country’s. The approaches of individual countries legislator of continental (romangermanic) legal system to the definition of the concept of material evidences in criminal procedure analyzes. The specific of definition of their concept in the criminal proceedings doctrine of this countries determines.
