Foreign experience in the legal regulation of tax activities and the possibilities of its use in Ukraine

Abstract
In the article features of foreign experience of legal regulation of tax activity are considered. The problems that impede the effective implementation of tax activities in Ukraine are identified and described. Areas of use of foreign experience in tax matters in Ukraine are offered. In addition, the research focuses on problems that negatively affect the basic principles of taxation, tax administration, and the organization of tax authorities.
