Abstract
In the article, there is an analysis of the term “safety provision of people, who participate in the criminal scrutiny”, which is brought in the Act of Ukraine “Safety provision of people, who participate in the criminal procedure”. Proposals concerning its improvement and making it consistent with the Ukrainian criminal code of practice are outspoken.
