Psychological and legal characteristics of juvenile delinquency.

Abstract
The article contains analytical material on crimes committed by minors. Identified features, criminologi- cal characteristics and current trends of juvenile delinquency in Ukraine. The author defined the geography of crimes, their group nature, increased latency, typical crimes, the state of the minor in which the crime was committed, the seasonality of manifestations as a feature of the criminological characteristics. Particular importance in the article is given to the presence of the family as the main aspect of upbringing and overcoming negative, antisocial manifestations of the behavior of minors. The author pays attention to the fact that the knowledge of certain features of the psychological and legal aspects of child crime contributes to the development of differential measures to prevent and prevent violations of this category of persons.
