Abstract
The author research the peculiarities of the role and place of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine among the state authorities. The emphasis is on the relationship be- tween the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and courts of general jurisdiction. The search for specific features of the place of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the system of judicial bodies was searched.
