The history of the administrative and legal regulation of activity of the enterprises of agroindustrial complex of Ukraine

Abstract
The article describes the history of formation and development of administrative and legal regulation of activity of the enterprises of agroindustrial complex of Ukraine, invited to complete periodization of government agrarian relations history of the fourth period, which began on September 16, 2014 with the ratification of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union. This period is characterized by the process of adaptation of national legislation and legal practice to the law of the European Union, including in the field of administrative and legal regulation of agrarian relations, in order to ensure the output of domestic products to European markets. The prospect of such a positive way justified by historical experience
