System of factors affecting the effectiveness of administrative and legal regulation of the Ukrainian economy in crisis conditions: theoretical and practical aspects.

Abstract
The article analyzes the reference, scientific, educational and methodological literature and normative legal acts with the purpose of determining the main factors of administrative and legal regulation of the Ukrainian economy in crisis conditions. It is established that the state of effectiveness of administrative and legal regulation of the Ukrainian economy in crisis conditions depends on many factors of normative, organizational, economic, political, legal, socio-psychological, moral, ideological, informational nature. Particular attention is paid to the content of regulatory and organizational factors. It is established that imperfect legislation, in particular in the areas of: licensing, foreign investment, interaction of public administration bodies on the implementation of anti-crisis measures, refers to the regulatory factors affecting the effectiveness of administrative and legal regulation of the Ukrainian economy in crisis conditions. The organizational factor is corruption, with its scale and consequences.
