Administrative and legal methods of public administration in the field of use and protection of land reserves of Ukraine

Abstract
In the article the author raises the question of changing the transformation of the implementation of administrative and legal methods of public administration for the effective provision by the state of public needs in the field of land use reserves. It is emphasized the need to update the traditional management approach to land use and strengthen the functions of administration at the state and regional levels. It is substantiated that one of the main priorities of the formation of the system of public land management is the development of an information function consisting in the application of new methods for administering spatial information about land resources, since they determine the parameters of the permitted land use, as well as geospatial information about the land as an integrated resource.
