Mediation as an alternative method for dispute resolution and peculiarities of its functioning in the sphere of economic justice of Ukraine

Abstract
The author of the article analyzed mediation as an alternative way of resolving disputes. The peculiarities of its functioning in the field of economic justice of Ukraine are revealed. The advantages of mediation (confidentiality, speed of settlement of disputes, coordination of interests of each party, economy, etc.) and positive manifestations of mediation (unloading of judicial bodies) are determined.
