The classification of the authorities of the investigating judge at the consideration of petition on the granting of permission to conduct investigative (search) actions that restrict the constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens

Abstract
The purpose of the article is to give the reader some information on the classification of the powers of the investigating judge during the consideration of applica- tions for permission to conduct investigative (search) ac- tions that restrict constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens is carried out. The article goes on to say that the stages of realization of powers are determined, types of decisions authorized by the investigating judge are deter- mined on the basis of the results of consideration of the petition. It is reported that the powers of the investigat- ing judge have been divided into groups of rights whose protection he carries out.
