Grounds for main principles of management in penal system and peculiarities of the manager’s activity implementation

Abstract
The author analyses the main principles of manage- ment in penal system, show the links between principles of criminal and executive policy and management prin- ciples in penal system. The author notes the problems of manager’s activity principles in penal system. Forming and taking into account the principles of management ac- tivity is an actual demand of the modern manager.
