Concept and features of auxiliary transport contracts.

Abstract
The article deals with the research of the concept and features of auxiliary transport contracts. It analyzes the position of civilian scientists regarding the significance of the treaties investigated in different historical epochs, their place in the system of transport contracts, their experience in the settlement of such contractual relations, as well as the experience of others countries. Conclusions have been formed and appropriate changes to the legislation of Ukraine have been on the basis of this scientific research.
