Military Advocacy.

Abstract
The article analyzed the issues of the military advocacy implementation in Ukraine. It is proposed to create a new institute – the military advocacy which will be given wider powers, in particular, the provision of protection, representation and other types of legal assistance in civil, administrative and criminal proceedings which concerns servicemen and reservists during their passage as well as military formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In Ukraine there is no the institute and practice of military advocacy functioning, also there is a lack of scientific researches of the given issues.
