Constitutional and legal regulation of the right to respect for dignity in Ukraine and European states.

Abstract
The article examines the legal content of the provisions of Art. 28 of the Constitution of Ukraine and carried out a comparative legal analysis with similar norms, which are enshrined in the constitutions of the states of continental Europe. The necessity of setting this norm in accordance with the requirements of international legal acts on human rights is substantiated.
