Analysis of the causes of the emergence and development of corruption in Ukraine.

Abstract
This article reviews the main reasons and conditions of corruption in the state. It analyzed the problem of corruption within such institutions as the government and the state mechanism. Corruption represents a threat to the government. The article highlights the main approaches of corruption, just like, moralistic, functional, structural and functional. Determine forms of corruption, investigated the question of the social danger of corruption. In addition, the proposed measures aimed counteraction of corruption and corrupt relations. These include as typical anti-corruption measures (for example, legal liability) and atypical – the study of the individual representative of the government and an individual approach, that is the subject of interest in preventing the occurrence of corruption relations.
