The patrol police as the subject of the implementation of the law enforcement functions of the state

Abstract
In the article the patrol police as an implementation of the law enforcement function of the state. Figuring space patrol police in the system of state support of law enforcement functions performed by content analysis categories more general manner, what is «public functions» and «law enforcement function». Thesis there is determined basic features of patrol police as bearers of state law enforcement function through understanding the latter as a structural element of the National Police of Ukraine, which in turn is part of the state apparatus.
