Some features of the legal policy of the state in a hybrid war

Abstract
In the article some peculiarities of the state legal policy in conditions of hybrid war are considered. Since the components of the state’s legal policy in a hybrid war are not permanent, the structure is not clear, and the list can not be considered exhaustive. After all, social relations change all the time, which means that the structure of legal policy can also change, adapting to the requirements of civil society.
