Security of claim: theoretical and practical problems of implementation.

Abstract
This article explores the notion of securing the claim, the essence and tasks of the institution, determines the institution of counter security, analyzes the procedural order of securing the claim in the civil process, the types of security of the claim, and examines the theoretical and practical problems that arise in securing the claim in civil proceedings.
