Problems of understanding the responsibilities of the state as a legal category.

Abstract
In the article the concept and essence of the obligations of the state as a legal category are researched. It was established that the constituent duties of the state as a legal category are: the notion of the duties of the state, the features of such duties, their specifics, the specific composition of the duties of the state, the subjects (carri- ers) of such duties, legal consolidation of state duties and guarantees of their provision.
